1. The Right of admission is reserved to Esquina Porteña and may take into account health, safety and security concerns at their reasonable discretion.

2. Entrance to events is not transferable or refundable.

3. You enter the event at your own risk. Esquina Porteña  shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind.

4. By purchasing entrance to an Esquina Porteña   event you consent to filming, sound recording and photography and such material may be used for commercial or non-commercial use.

5. Personal photographic equipment for non-commercial use is permitted, but please ask permission before recording video of lessons or performances.

6. If an event is cancelled, Esquina Porteña  shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred, including but not limited to accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.

7. Esquina Porteña reserves the right to refuse entry, or eject people from an event at their reasonable discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

 a. Abusive, harassing, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour

 b. An illness that could be passed to others

 c. Carrying of weapons or illegal substances

 e. Making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recording.

 f. Unauthorised teaching to other event participants

g. Poor standard of dancing, or other behaviours  that compromise the safety or enjoyment of other dancers.

    8. Unauthorised promotion, marketing, or selling at Esquina Porteña  events or the 

         immediate surroundings is expressly forbidden.

    9. Attending an event organised by  Esquina Porteña  equires you to be suitably fit and 

        healthy to participate. It is your decision, and  Esquina Porteña  does not accept any

        responsibility for any consequences otherwise. 

 

These conditions of issue are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Court.
